At Tanambao, the meeting of two rivers, the Mania and Mahajilo, to form the Tsiribihina, is one of the attractions of the circuit.
The Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park is not to be outdone. A World Heritage site, the beauty of its limestone sculptures is home to endemic flora and fauna. Some 650 plant species have been recorded here.
The Kirindy forest, with its many botanical trails, allows you to observe Rosewood, Ebony, Acacia and Baobab. Populations of lemurs, Sifaka and Fulvus are sheltered.
The journey ends as we pass through the Baobab avenue with its intoxicating trunks, under the setting sun, to reach Morondava.
